My 1993 Honda accord wont start, I replaced the relay switch and the fuel filter, spark plugs and rotor cap. it acts like it wants to start but it will just not turn over.any suggestions?
I like to make sure the timing belt is not skipped or broken by watching the cam turn inside the valve cover. Then I lay a spare spark plug on valve cover connected to any plug wire to see if it sparks. Fuel can be confirmed by smelling the exhaust, or by using starting fluid . These cars are famous for a coil relay solder break problem. The relay is heat expansion damaged, its mounted high up in the dash drivers side corner it is about 3" square gray.
