You could clear the code with a scanner, but its possible the sensor for the driver side bag is faulty.

check out the switch at the drivers side first then the motors,using a multi meter check for contineuity when you get a switch that works check the motor using the good switch yes I have found all four of them out at the same time made in china

2008 chevrolet aveo Owners Manual Just Give Me The Damn Manual

I have a 2008 Aveo and my airbag light has been on for almost a year. I refuse to pay dealer $80 just to tell me why it's on then have to pay them again to fix it. I heard that the sensors under the pass. seat can come unplugged, so my husband unplugged them and plugged them back in and it still the light is on. This is sooo frustrating....I really just want to reset it...anyone know how??

The 1.6 liter engine firing order is 1,3,4,2 with #1 cylinder being on left or passenger side. I hope this is the one that you need.. Best of Luck..

Hello: You have a wiring problem either in the fuse box under the drivers side dash or the fuse box under the hood, also where the wiring going to the engine control module.

Hi i have a 2008 chevy aveo the dashes lights up but the radio stations wont whats wrong

if they only stoped working on the passengers side I would check the wirring going into passengers side door for a broken wire, or right at the passengers side kick panel.
