I have changed out the waterpump, coolant sensor, thermostat, radiator cap also have flushed out the radiator. Does not leak, no coolant in the oil.
Could be radiator plug up,check temperture sensor.
Does it overheat when just sitting and idling? Have hoses been checked in case they are collapsing at normal driving speed? Have you run engine when refilling coolant, with heater on. Heater needs to be on when bleeding air out and re-filling system. Is Rad fan operating properly, clutch fan, or electric? What engine? Has exhaust been checked for possible plugged catalytic converter?
Sensor would just cause a check engine light and radiator caps hardly ever go bad. It's possible you put the thermostat in upside down. Also possible that a hose is clogged. More than likely you have a massive air bubble trapped in the engine block.

Have you had your radiator fan checked ? Does it come on when it's supposed to?

I have had trhis problem for months. Replaced everything and just found out it was air in the system. I purchased a tool take sucks all the fluids out of the cooling system into a bucket along with any air. Once the all the air is sucked out you reverse the the flow and it sucks the coolent back into the reserve and it works great after that. Has not over heated for weeks.

Did you bleed the cooling system after refilling the radiator ? to bleed the system, fill the radiator with water and coolant. Run the engine until it is at a good temperature. Then turn off the engine and look for a bleeding screw at the oulet of the thermostat housing and turn it with a screwdriver counterclock wise. The trapped air will go out and coolant will start coming out. refill the radiator and repeat until only coolant comes out and no air.be careful not to burn yourself.
