You did not give the make model and year, so I will give the generic descriptions.
Code 308 means cylinder 8 is not producing power, and 606 means there is or was a problem with the engine computer.

cylinder 8 is misfiring. you should replace your spark plugs and leads. that should solve the issue

Code 301 is a miss on cylinder one.
Code 316 is for a miss on startup which would be connected to code 301.
Code 1000 means the computer self-test did not finish.
Code 1565 is specific to Ford products and means the cruise control system failed to engage - command switch is out of range.
Someone will need to check cylinder one to find the main problem. Code 301 means the cylinder is not producing power but not why. It could be ignition, fuel, or mechanical.

PO316 is misfire on startup
PO302 is misfire on cylinder number 2

To find arc-over, start car at night, and look in the dark at the entire routing of the plug wire. I have seen where there was a faint glow the full length of a plug wire.

At a minimum replace the number 2 plug wire. Make sure it is seated on both ends and clean of corrosion.

hi guess your engine has lack of power also a rough tick over ?your codes tell me you are running lean on bank 1and2 this can be due to many things its a matter of checking of one at a time 1 a bad coolant temp sensor 2vacuum leak 3 dirty injectors also reach over the top of your engine behind the intake dead centre of the windscreen there is a 9odeg rubber elbox check for a hole if thats your problem its only 3usd good luck please rate this answer thanks pete

P0316 Misfire detected during startup-first 1000 revolutions- probable cause is as follows-Engine mechanical fault, wiring, ignition/fuel system, injector

The code P0300 is a random misfire code which means any cylinder and the code P0316 means that there is a misfire code set within the first 1000 revolutions of the engine. Good luck with this problem.

P0300 is a random misfire code and P0316 is a misfire detected in the first 100 revolutions could be plugs or coil, wires? How many miles and was it ever tuned?
