Question about 2006 Chevrolet Express
Ran fine when parked. Next day when started check engine light came on and it has no power.
The no power is a mode called "LIMP" this the ECM sets if there is a major fault in one or many of the engines sensors, to find what one your gonna have to visit one with a "code reader" this includes the "dealer" or a national auto parts chain store some of those even read the code for free just for the chance to sell you the sensor , this reminds me of one i had a year or so ago a guy that work with me parked his pick up under a tree and the next day it would start but ran terrible , turns out a animal that lived in the tree ate the wires under the hood overnite

Testimonial: "I can't believe this. The exact same thing happened to me. Something chewed through 3 spark-plug wires. Replaced the wires and it's back to normal except ck eng light stays on. How do I reset this. I think it was the ground-hog I saw the other day. I live in the city and this is the 1st time I have ever seen a ground-hog in the city."
