SOURCE: '04 GMC Yukon Denali Check Engine Light

Did u put in fuel shortly before the light came on? I own 2 service centers & the most common situation with "Check Engine" lights are because the fuel cap wasn't re-installed or not tightened. When you refuel make sure it "clicks" when putting back on. We don't charge for a "Code Reading" but a dealer will, don't go there. Go, like the others suggested. If it is the fuel cap & you re-install it correctly, the light will go off after a short drive. Good Luck. PS-Don't panic when the "Check Engine" light comes on unless it blinks, if that happens don't drive. PSS-RE: Murray's, Auto-Zone.......If it's a "Code" (the reader will give a #) the code book will tell you the problem. PSSS-Some1 please have Troy W's Mommy & Daddy take away his keyboard. Just because you can put together a "Lego" car doesn't make you a master mechanic. You only repeated what we said except you have a "Napoleon" complex against any1 plugging something in to a vehicle. It's the same as plugging in a light @ home. In conjunction with "kinder" nine out of ten time in my experience it usually is the oxygen sensor(s) which would be about right with the year model

SOURCE: location of fuse box/panel for 2004 yukon denali xl

There are 2 fuse panels in the Denali.
One is a panel on the drivers side, its on the dash but facing the door.

The ohter is under the dash and above the pedals, this one is much tougher to access.

Your Owner's Manual should tell you where the fuses are that you need to access.

SOURCE: Heated seats won't stay on in 2004 GMC Yukon Denali

See GM TSB 05-08-143-001, If you have Adjustable pedals, especially if they don't work with the memeory buttons, but function with thier own buttons. Its the Brake Pedal Position Sensor is shorted and mesing up the seat module which controls the heaters too. My 05 Suburban had the same issue

SOURCE: PO300 Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected on GMC 5.3L Yukon

If spark plugs and wires are done and it doesn't have a dead miss under load, usually it is the crank sensor acting up. It is a colon tab in all repair manuals

My 2003 yukon its 5.3L it has a misfire in cylinder 6 only, u can feel it only on idle, i replaced plus, wire, coils, and they did a compression test for that cylinder it as good and no one can figure out...

First of all, how was it determined that there is a misfire in cylinder 6? Was there a fault code?
If it is indeed a misfire, there are two things left, the injector or the intake valve. Try swapping #6 injector with another and see if the problem moves. If it is not the injector, then the valve train will need to be looked at.

I have gotten a P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire Code on a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali. I have replaced lower intake gasket, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor.

This is AFTER the intake repair? or did you do this to try to fix the misfire????First you will need to check Injector Flow to the #6 cylinder. A TECH2 scanner is required, Most likely the injector may need to be unclogged with high pressure air or nitrogen.
