My front a/c works fine, but the rear doesn't. fuses are fine. But nothing coming out of the vents. sounds like blower works, but again, no air?
Remove Rear Expansion Valve and Inspect. Does Valve have Metal in It? If Yes, Replace Expansion Valve. Flush Rear A/C High Side Line. Replace Expansion Valve. Remove Front Orfice Tube. Check Screen for Metal. If Yes, Replace Front Orfice Tube. Blow out Lines through Condenser. Replace Orfice Tube. Recharge A/C.
The system could still be low on freon even though front works
SOURCE: A/C in front vent are cold , A/C on REAR vents are
your belt chould be wearing out and that will cause sqeeling and loss of power for the vents
SOURCE: front blower motor not working, rear works fine.
I'm looking at the circuit in a haynes manual and the 40 Amp breaker is the only one showing, but there is a blower motor relay in the power distribution center in the same area as the fuse, it might be that (you could do a temporary swap with another of the same type to confirm). I doubt the motor brushes are worn out already on a 2007,so I'm guessing if not the relay then a wiring problem or just a faulty blower motor. if you have a meter or circuit tester I would check the power at the blower motor itself to confirm wiring or motor. good luck
