Bad starter...what happens when you turn the key? If it's turning over it could be no air, fuel, or spark.

I unpacked the bundle carefuly and sure enough the were two or three wires all coroded, had wite powder from corosion. repaired the connections and bingo. I posted details at dodgeforums.com. browse around there. I posted pictures as well. this is a common problem.

Where is the fuel pump reset switch on a 99 DODGE DURANGO

There is not a reset switch. Ford had them. If you are getting power back to the pump and can not hear it prime when you first turn key on more then likely you have a bad fuel pump.
