99 ford ranger v6 xlt 3.0 fuse panel & what fuses for what

It looks like fuse 13 is for the Brake Pedal Position Sensor. I'm assuming your vehicle has an automatic transmission and you need to press the brake pedal to get it to start. This could be a wire 'shorting out' to somewhere it shouldn't. Basically the electric power going down the wire is jumping across a gap and not going where it's supposed to go.
Hunting electrical 'shorts' is a pain in the tailbone if you don't know electrics so take it to a good auto electrician. They'll have the tools and the knowledge to sort it out.

46a is the Fuel Pump Fuse, although it doesn't give a fuse amp rating. If should come out with the remover that is often in the fuse box, or pull it with pliers

Fuse F2.16 30 amp . location inside the vehicle fuse panel . Also use's two relay's , wiper - run/park relay & high/low relay - location under hood fuse box . K-140 & K- 316 . The wiper / washer switch is an input to the GEM module , generic electronic module . The GEM module energizes the the relay's to turn on the wipers .

Go to ford owners manual and search your vehicle then go to roadside emergencies section the fuse box diagram is there and you can print it or store it on your phone

Keith, 1995 ford ranger, looks like interior light fuse is # 27, 10 amp. in interior fuse box panel and module #3 in under hood fuse/relay. Pg. 308 to 315 in the attached manual show fuse locations for all. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

If you have your fuse cover look inside of that for it should be on it

tail lights wont come on my 1992 ford ranger xlt but brake lights and back up lights work also instrument panel lights wont come on
