That didn't give much to go on.
It is most likely a loose wire or a bad ground connect.
Under the hood, look for wires coming out of the headlight area that fasten to the fender or some other ground. They should be black wires. Get wrench to fit the fastening bolt and loosen just enough to let you wiggle the wire back and forth. That will scrape some of the surface underneath clean. Now tighten the bolt and see if that fixed it.
