When letting off gas pedal, car jerks somewhat transmission or vaccum hose?

there is an idle control motor on the throttle body. If you pull the air tube off of the throttle body and look to the rear of the throttle butterflies you will see the passage for the air to flow through to the idle air control motor. You should also see the tip of the pintle of the IAC. Use a screw driver and carefully push/pry the pintle back into the throttle body.
If the vehicle starts and idles than remove the IAC (2 torx screws hold it to the throttle body) and clean it with some carb spray. Clean the bore that it sits in as well with carb spray.
If the pintle on the IAC looks like it has wear marks in it replace it.
This is a fairly common problem with the dodge trucks.
