SOURCE: 2006 Toyota Matrix 2nd fuse panel location?

The second fuse panel that you seek is under the dashboard, on the driver side (for a US car). This box is called the "JB1" (junction block #1), and contains several relays in addition to the 15 amp "CIG" fuse that you need to replace.
Hope this helps, and thanks for choosing FixYa!

SOURCE: Toyota prado 1996 electric window and mirror on

the fuses for the windows will be in fuse box, it sounds like possible water intrusion, the fuses should all be marked, if they are all good, you may have to remove the door panel to check for any damage at door switches

SOURCE: Radio, Cig Lighter and Clock all stopped Working

The fuse box for the cigarette, radio, and clock are located behind the left side flip out storage compartment left side of the steering wheel . You have to pull the compartment out and dislocate it so then you can see the fuses. Kinda tricky but it is like a secret compartment. The radio, lighter and clock are the same fuse.

Toyota rav4 fuses

You need to check your alt fuse. It is going to be a big one, I think it is on the positive cable attached to your battery. should be 100-120 amp fuse. If it even looks suspect then I would change it out. You will also have a alt fuse in the main fuse block under the hood. Should be a 40 amp. There is a kill fuse it should be numbered 1 and 2 or just number one. If that one is blown you will not be going anywhere.

Where is the fuse for the trunk latch

First, please read this article: Where's The Fuse?

Then to answer your question...There are actually 3 fuses involved...
Your trunk release is controlled by the Theft Deterrent And Door Lock ECU. The three fuses that can affect your trunk release are:

1. ECU-IG fuse (15 Amp)
2. CIG fuse (15 Amp)
3. POWER fuse (30 Amp)

These are all located in Junction Block #1 on the left side of the dash.
If any of these fuses are blown, there will be a bunch of other stuff also not working.

My 1990 Olds Cutlass Calais is missing the fuse box cover and therefore has no diagram for fuse placement. Is one available online? Copy I can print or just refer to in order to replace correct fuses?

I have always had a place in my heart for the Olds Cutlass. I own a '90 Olds Cutlass Calais--WITH the fuse box COVER. I went out to the car and removed the cover and have it next to me so that I can type the EXACT fuse order as they appear on the inside cover. There are 2 col. When I've finished the l/h side, I'll make a line to indicate the start of the r/h side. I will also put the Circuit on the left & fuse on the right. If you are ready, HERE WE GO:
