Radio is on no sound same thing horn works with theft button but no at steering wheel

Hi, think you need a visit to a decent auto electrician. These faults might be very specific to your car. If the horn does not work through the horn button but does so at the horn you will have circumvented the fuse in the circuit. Is the fuse blown. Are the contacts damaged.
In regard to the radio, some have two fuses to the rear of them, one for the switch/light/memory section and one for the sutput section. It might be that the output section fuse has blown.
There might, alternatively, be some damage to the wiring near the steering wheel that has affected radio and horn.
I guess I am trying to communicate that diagnosis is difficult so a good auto electrician can save you a lot of time if costing somee money
Good Luck

1. my radio just stopped working, it used to go on and off depending on the dots in the road or a big bump but now there is nothing, the fuses are ok too. 2. the horn does not work at all, fuses are ok...

it sounds like the plug in the back of the radio has come loose. remove radio and check connection. as far as the horn PULL THE WIRE FROM THE HORN UNDER THE HOOD THEN RUN A TEST LEAD FROM THE + SIDE OF YOUR BATTERY TO THE HORN IF IT HONKS REPLACE THE HORN RELAY IF NOT REPLACE THE HORN. GOOD LUCK

i am a tech at a ford dealership. it sounds like you have a short some wheres around your steering column that maybe what we call "backfeeding" to other systems. the area where the tilt is on the steering column is a good place to check. also remote starters can cause alot of havoc on a vehicle.

Is the horn heater radio all on the same relay and where would it be located on my 1989 yeep cherokee

9999 out of a 10000 ... no ... they should be separate. If they were on the same relay ... the heater would come on when you beeped the horn. If you turned on the radio, you wild beep the horn. ... and so forth. The heater is probably not on a relay nor is the radio. The horn is a heavy user of power and that is why it is on a relay.

My AC , Horn, and radio... all come on or go off when they want.

You mean the horn blows anythime? For the a/c and radio I would ck the ignition switch, the horn may need a horn pad. See if you can barely touch the horn pad and see if the horn blows. If so the pad is bad.

95 olds cutluss cieara horn dont work. horn sounded weak when it was dien 4 mths ago. then when i pressed it last it amped out the horn and radio. hasnt work since. cheeked fuses

Check that the horn itself is not worn out. If it's not sounding when grounding out, or it has a history of being faint in volume, then replace the horn.

Horns do go bad over time due to atmospheric moisture causing the contacts to corrode.

2005 saturn Horn blows radio comes on interior

Sounds like you've got a bad ground somewhere, or a crossed wire. If you haven't done any wiring changes yourself, and don't want to, I'd take it to a mechanic right away.
