If you mean the main tube that runs the whole length of the vehicle, just keep it close to the frame and secured tightly.

Your wiring could not have been checked thoroughly. Heres an easy solution. Establish if the earth (-12v) to the bulb holder is stable. If it is then run a new wire from the front park lamps to the rear. That will solve your problem. Remember to cut off the original wire that goes to the rear and insulate it well.
