Your radio plug jack probably wiggled loose which is behind your radio. If not then you need a new stereo. Oh also check your fuse box could just your radio fuse blew..easier yet!

More info needed. Is it just a radio, a radio with a tape player/CD? What year is the truck? Is it the original radio? Most original radios have the amplifier built into the radio.
