In the fuse/relay panel under the hood. It's not the problem though. 95% of the time is in the steering wheel( to much to have someone fix it. And a pain to replace it your self, if you can get the small plastic piece that breaks). The other 5% is the horn itself. I have never replaced a horn relay.

best way to do this is to remove each fuse 1 by 1, and replace them 1 by 1, untill you find the blown one, then replace the blown fuse with a good one. (use needle nose pliers) makes the job easy, and won't take 2 min.
