SOURCE: where is the fuse box
The fuse panel that has the fuses for the turn signals is located inside the vehicle under the instrument panel on the passenger side of the vehicle. Not sure what your problem but there is separate fuses for the left and right side. The fuse for the drivers side will be marked LT/TRN/SIG the one for the passanger side is marked RT/TRN/SIG. If both sides are not blinking you may be needing a flasher relay. This all should be in your owners manual is you have one. If you need an owners manual you can email me at [email protected] with your make, model, year and what you are looking for and I will be happy to email you a copy. No worries, it doesn't cost anything. I gave you a picture below of what the fuse panel looks like after you remove the cover but it's a little fuzzy. Anyway I hope this helps and good luck....

SOURCE: wheres p0050 code on 2010 chevy traverse
Code 50 is for the heater circuit in the O2 sensor for bank 2 sensor one. That is the sensor on the side with cylinder 2 and in front of the catalytic converter. Could be a faulty sensor or the circuit for the heater in the sensor.
