I have the same problem. Your clutch booster kit is broken and needs to be replaced. It is that cylindrical hydraulic component next to the engine. Even if just a small part in this thing is jammed you have to replace the whole thing. Well, that's what the guys from land rover told me anyway. Good luck.

You cannot bleed a servo. it runs using the vacuum from either inlet manifold, or a seperate vac pump.Ensure pump is working if fitted (end of camshaft) the pipes to the servo are not leaking by removing the pipe from servo and start veh. If there is good suction then its servo failure. hard pedals can also be caused by pressure plate fatigue in the clutch itself.

Sounds like a clutch control problem. Did you check the fluid in the clutch master? If you get a leak and run out of fluid this will also do this. This vehicle uses DOT 4 brake fluid in the master.

Definitely a hydraulic issue. Iknow you said they were both changed, but its usually the master & slave assembly that go faulty on the Freelander. Both parts come filled with fluid and pre-bled and only require fitting, no bleeding. Check with garage to make sure they did not split / bleed them.
You have a leaking master or slave hydraulic clutch cylinder. I recommend you replace both
