which engine, we cant fix engines, not knowing that..
there 4 engines, that year. 2.5 to 5.9L
99% of time its never that. and expensive..
The PCM tells you if its good or bad , if you do the DTC flash codes test. why not do that, after cranking for 5 seconds.
no spark to 1 plug, or all plugs??????????????
have you discovered the ASD relay yet>
this allows the engine to run for 2 seconds.
1: it never closes.?
2: its bad.
3: the 7 or 8 inputs to it are bad.

if all spark, at all cylinders are dead. check to see if the ASD relay closes.
it MUST. if not find out why.?
if it does close then the engine should run for 2 seconds, in fact
check for spark DURING that 2 seconds, that takes 2 persons.
one to crank and other to look at ASD and for spark for 2 seconds.
if you dont get spark for 2 seconds and the relay did close
then check for DTC errors cranking.
code 11 is bad CKP (the sensor you just changed)
code 43? means the ignition coil primary is dead, not pulsing.
the FSM covers the steps for each case, failure.
code 54?
I have a real jeep OBD1 scan tool from Equuas
allows seening the codes, live and on the fly, no blinking bull.
keep in mind the blinking method of DTC , is poor on no starts.
why? because the spark failures are not stored when you keyoff
and that is what you do , doing the CEL blink tests. key off.
this act hides the truth from you.
got to love jeeps silly way to do blink codes. other cars have a jumper wire (paper clip) to do this and works perfectly.
but on jeeps we use this.
here is the correct tool for jeeps, way under $2000
