When I pulled bed off ,wires were cut. I have 2 green wires cut making 4 ends, 1 black wire and one white wire. I assume the green go with green , but the black ground and white wire I am not sure where...

Use a test light and check which wire has power as you turn on each function. The ground can be checked with an ohm meter . Put one lead of the meter on a clean groung spot on the frame and test each wire with the other lead . The wire that shows infinity or 0 resistance should be groung .

12 volt system

The wires you have are white for common, 1 black for slide in, 1 black for slide out, and green for ground. Verify the direction that each of the black wires moves the slide before wiring. You will need a 3 position switch also.
