Where are the fuses on my holden jackaroo? My trailer fused out the dashboard lights and I need to repalce the fuse

have you tried a test light on the fuse clips one side might be dead of bad earth

Did you check all the fuses inside the car fuse box?
Seems like a fuse gone off. Happened with me and I had everything working except tail lights.
Will recommend to check fuses in the fuse box on the right hand side wall under the dashboard.

flasher relay is usually under the hood. Look for a black plastic box near the fender

Quite often it is in your trailer plug, but you have a damaged wire somewhere, First check your trailer plug, replace fuse if it blows now then unplug the plug under the dash on the drivers side pillar that runs under the carpet, replace fuse if it blows now you will need a professional, if it works you know where to chase it

sending water into the exhaust can damage the cat damage the sensors. even suck water into the egr from first stroke. as it sucks on first stroke of the engine.

Did you pull the fuses and look at them? If you just stuck a probe in there you will get power even if the fuse is bad.

I will bet that you have some type of trailer wiring harness installed. If so, remove it. I have observed this condition many times. It seems that corossion gets into the trailer wiring and shorts out that particular fuse. Hope this helps.
