The sprayer itself may be attached to the underside of the wiper arm and is removable. Carefully remove the sprayer, disconnect the hose, and turn on the wiper and the washer. It liquid comes out of the hose, the sprayer is clogged. If no liquid comes out, the hose could be clogged, so replace the hose. You need to find the other end at the black plastic manifold that divides the washer flow into the two sprayers. Disconnect the passenger side and blow into in, just in case to unclog it, then try again. If the washer is working for the driver side, that manifold is unclogged.

Soaking the sprayer overnight in vinegar could unclog it., but the sprayer is cheap to buy new.

SOURCE: 2001 Buick Regal LS windshield washer fluid does not spray

There are a number of different issues that could cause this.

-The circuit for the wiper should be the same as the washer; same fuse. -I'd suggest trying to run the washer while the hood is open and the engine off. If it runs, you should hear a dull whine.(a 2nd person might be of use to help look and listen)...(find the pump by following the hoses from the wipers to a unit mounted close to the dashboard in the engine compartment)
-If it runs, check to see if any fluid is coming from a hose that might have become disconnected.
-If the pump runs, and if you see no fluid coming from anywhere, and if you can reach the hose connected to the washer pump, pull that hose off the pump. Try running the pump again to see if anything comes out in a good stream.
-If the pump doesn't run at all, check to make sure the connector hasn't come loose.
-If the pump still doesn't run, check to see if you have 12 volts at the connector at the pump. A simple check can be done with an auto bulb connected to the plug at the motor while the pump switch is pushed.
-If you have power at that point, you likely need to replace the pump and motor.(depending upon the age of vehicle & your mechanical abilities...a call to a local wrecking yard is suggested ..atleast to compare the cost vs. new)

hope that helps

SOURCE: Wipers

Try running a ground wire from the wiper motor unit...to a ground on the body of the vehicle. Any place solid will do. Many wiper issues are due to broken ground circuits. Good luck. Chip

SOURCE: passenger wiper quit working

motor only drives one arm to wipe. the passenger side arm might be disconnected. you have to reomve parts and visulally inspect. you might need a bolt or a washer, but should be an easy realignment fix.

Windshield sprayer won't work on LR3

Check the fuse first - replace if blown
If that does not fix it, pull the tubes off the spray outlets in the hood to see if fluid come out of the hoses when the switch is used, If it does, the problem will be blocked jets - probably with wax.
If nothing comes out of the tubes, you have a failed washer pump OR a fault in the wiring. The latter can be checked with a probe or multimeter. There should be 12+ volts on the positive side. Also check the ground wire with the ohmeter - a common fault

Where is the fuse to the windshield wiper fluid sprayer on a 1999 Forester Subaru?

Have you tried taking a clothing pin and clearing the spray tip? I've had my WWF nozzles clog on me before, I noticed it when only one side was spraying. I just took a sewing needle and unclogged it, worked fine after that.

Renualt megan wipers not working

To troubleshoot car windshield wiper problems, you need to thoroughly investigate problems with any of its operating parts. Here are some of the things that you need to check to determine why are your car windshield wipers not working.

Check Wiper Motor
The wiper motor is the driving force of the windshield wiper. Feel the motor and listen to a humming sound. If there is no humming, the motor is the problem. Check if the motor is working properly and see to it that its electrical connections are made properly. If you find that the motor is dead and beyond repair, get it replaced immediately.

Check For Break in Connecting Wires
The connecting wires of the motor sometimes go loose and that may cause the windshield wipers to stop working. Also check the battery plug connection which the motor has. Connecting the loose wires properly or fixing/replacing the plug might solve your problem.

Check Wiper Switch
Another wiper assembly part that can malfunction is the wiper switch itself. Check for switch malfunction and if you find that is indeed the problem, get it replaced from a mechanic.

Check for Bent Wiper Arms
Bent wiper arms can cause the operation of the wipers to be hampered. If the wiper arms are bent beyond repair, get them replaced immediately.

Check For Blown Out Car Fuse
A blown up car fuse could be the culprit that has stopped the windshield wipers from working. Check the fuse assembly under the dashboard of the car. Replacing a blown fuse might fix the problem of windshield wipers not working.

Windshield Wiper Sprayers Not Working - Things to Check

Sometimes the windshield wiper sprayer stops working which can be very annoying. The washer mechanism is a self cleaning mechanism for the windshield. Here are some of the things that you need to check in case it is not working.

Check Windshield Washer Motor
The windshield washer mechanism might have been impaired due to the malfunctioning of the wiper washer motor. Check if its working and get it replaced if it is beyond repair.

Check Windshield Washer Fluid Level
Sometimes the washer doesn't work because the washer fluid levels are not filled to requisite levels. Filling in fluid might restore normal functioning.

Check For Broken Washer Hose
The connecting washer hose that connects the reservoir to the nozzle, might be broken or worn out stalling the overall operation. Check the hose for leaks and get it replaced.

Check Washer Nozzle For Clogging
Last thing to check is the nozzle of the washer for clogging. An obstruction in the washer nozzle might be the reason for windshield wiper sprayers not working. Using a pin, clean the clogged nozzle. This might restore the sprayer to the normal working condition.

Are you aware of problems with windshield wiper fluid working? Mine isn't spraying on window, thought it may be frozen even though I have -40c fluid and its topped up - it was +4c yesterday and it still...

Check to see if the sprayer motor is working you would hear it making sounds like it wants to spray. If it is working then you need to check the hoses running to the sprayers on the windshield wipers and make sure that the hoses and the spray nozzle are not clogged with dirt or frozen.

Windshield wiper sprayers

You seem to have the motor not working or there is not any power going to the washer pump motor. Check the fuse in the box first.
