It's not a particularly difficult job. It entails loosening the drop-links/tie bars that connect to the torsion bar - the anti roll bar, then loosening the bolts holding the anti roll bar in place.
Just be aware that the anti roll bar is in effect a 'spring' and is under tension. Loosen the retaining bolts gradually, slowly.
replacing the bushes is straight forward. Once you have removed the anti roll bar just lever the old rubber bushes out with a screwdriver and push the new ones into place .. then reassemble everything.
