Check for a blown fuse; look at the bulbs also as they may be blown
Hve you checked your fuses and electrical lines to make sure all lines are connected and that all fuses are good?
Check fuse and flasher relay
Sounds like a fuse, maybe flasher switch or brake light switch.or all of the above.if it is the fuse then maybe the brake light switch or flasher shorted and blew fuse
SOURCE: problems with turn signals and tial lights
if you have the circuit board type rear lights the circuits inside will brake and cross eachother that will cause your problem

it could be a bad connection in the stoplight wiring most likely the earth wire check all the wiring connectors to make sure they are plugged in properly.....hope this helps.....cheers
SOURCE: turn signals going crazy when I push on the brakes
OK, after more than a year of living with this problem, and replacing the turn signal switch (which did _not_ fix the problem), and checking every bulb and every fuse multiple times, I finally broke down and turned my mechanic loose on this problem. He knew right away that it was a grounding issue. He didn't know where, but he hooked up an aux ground to the negative post on the battery and the problem went away. That diagnosed it, the solution turned out to be more difficult as he had to disconnect most of the ground wires connected to the chassis, and wire brush all the spots and then reconnect them all before he finally figured out which it was that was causing the problem. I told him I'd take all those apart again and grease them and then put them back together so they're more permanently fixed. He had seen this issue before, multiple times on GM vehicles. Now I know about it too, and I'm sharing it to hopefully save somebody else some grief.
