got a DTC error for it, what was it???
never work on a car, engine,
and not know what is there.
    and the fail to say.
in most cases you will make it worse.
    next time.
tell COUNTRY, be like the 4th ever.... shocking us to the core.
    then year
then engine size. (displacement and cyl. count)

if in the USA say so. its that too hard. really>?
ill answer for J20b KS sensor.
ive posted photos of it here, many times
here we go 1 last time.
the 2nd photo was posted to fixya last year
    http://www.fixya.com/cars/t25824772-anyo...

there you go, all 3 pages in the FSM
    covering this topic,
if you read the FSM it is there, if you just read it.

J20B , KS is here, its a 1 wire, sensor
so that be unique, 1 wire.......

now my last year post is 2 more photos added.
    j20b only.
    part 15? , 12 in schematic.

usually the KS is bolted to the block side
central, to hear all 4 cylinders, its a microphone, and if mounted to a head, has to listen to huge, valve noise, so is a bad spot.
keep in mind , there are 6 engines
and many posts and many photos of wrong engine.
knowing the above, leaves only 2 places
dead center of block front and rear.
    Transverse engine,
is this hard?, look both places for 1 wire.
do not pick the oil pressure sender.
on V engines, more tricky. but not In-line engines.
the 1 wire sensor red wire is IT./
    no more guessing..

old posts but the only one with a photo
    so why I answered.
the other engines are her, learn to know what engine is there first. then post
year, car engine size and country
and win, its a win-win,for you and for the guy not having to blind guess you.

the KS is just microphone that listens to
combustion so needs to be near that is correct, at combustion and that is near upper cylinders, and best spot is center.
if you look close that is where it was this time.

SOURCE: I'm trying to locate the spark plugs in my suzuki 2008 sx4.

You remove the rectangular plastic cover on top of the engine(2 screws), under that is the plug wires and spark plugs. Pull wires straight up, remove plugs with proper spark plug socket, extension and ratchet, reverse to install.

Platinum plugs are not required but will allow longer change intervals. Check the gap but do not gap them, if they are not properly gapped. Bring them back and asked for new ones.

The metal's on the Platium plugs are harder then copper plugs and can break upon trying or break in your cylinder when in uses.

Good luck and hope this helps

every 3000 miles or 3 months. You should change it before the light comes on. Unless you are using synthetic oil.

SOURCE: 2007 suzuki sx4 emission control light on. 17000 miles

My light in my 2007 SX4 just came on. Apparently my oxygen sensor is wrecked... allegedly from oil dropping on it during oil changes. Did the light come on after the most recent oil change?

The P0327 means Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Low Input (Bank 1 or Single Sensor).
the knock sensor is located in the front of the engine located behind the oil dip stick just to the left.

Why did I fail emission test on 2009 Suzuki Sport SX4 because of Oxygen sensor?

O2 sensor allows ECM to fine tune fuel/air mixture going into the engine.
No O2 sensor will put ECM into "closed loop" mode and use a lot more fuel.

Light engine on the 2008 suzuki sx4. replaced the front 02 sensor and plugs. still light stays on and says 02 senor could be the problem.

There are several O2 sensors. There 's the sometimes from 2 to 4 on each vehicle. They are located at the pipes before they get to the catalytic converter and after. It may be that the one you replaced is good but one or all of the others are not good.

I have a 2007 suzuki sx4 and recently had a oil change...now the check engine light is on and I can't set the cruise control either

We have had similar problems with 2007 SX4 for 18 months - engine light on intermittently, sometimes days, sometimes weeks, cruise control disabled when light is on. Suzuki dealer has replaced O2 sensors twice, suggested catalytic converter needs replacement ($1200) but was not certain of cause or remedy. Finally dealer has removed fuel tank and fuel pump to reveal dirty fuel filter. Dealer states dirty fuel as cause which is not their problem as they cannot control fuel quality. Dealer wants $1200 to replace pump but no guarantee it won't occur again with first new tank of fuel! Could make for very expensive driving.

2007 Suzuki sx4 engine light on after oil changed, How to turn it off?

The solution is that when the oil filter is removed, oil gets on the O2 sensor and ruins it. Must cover the O2 and that keeps the oil off. To keep the check engine light off, is to replaced the O2 sensor. Problem solve. Later on sx4's they move the O2 in a different spot. I work on Suzuki cars. Don
