You need to see the dealer and contact your insurance company on this as a claim, it will get very expensive very fast to fix the damage that was done by hooking up jumers incorrectly,.

look under the back seat

The battery is in the ON_STAR module which is located in the left rear aft corner. It is accessible by removing the left bin. The battery retails for $95.00 at the dealer and $85.00 install fee.

UO 100-109 typically loss (or near loss) of communications with Onstar. Problem may be loose harness connection or defective onstar backup battery. I'm working on this issue with my 2008 Vue as we speak. I had a very similar code before, last year, and the dealer replaced the battery and the issue was resolved. There does exsist a service dept advisory informing dealers of this Onstar battery issue. Good luck.

look under seat and check wiring and connections if good check power to the switches and test power to the motor- repair or replace damaged or burnt out part

Push down on the seat then pull the handle or both at the same time then pull up while holding the release up, it got me at first, but thats how i got it
