SOURCE: 2000 dodge neon keeps blowing

You may have to replace your "clock spring" in your steering wheel, this works the horn and cruise control and air bag.....Thats the only thing i can think of...when you turn your wheel....michael_cass_73.jpg

2001 Dodge neon keeps blowing ignition fuse when key is turned to start car every time. What could it be?

A short to ground in that electrical circuit . Your best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop.

2000 dodge caravan just stopped running while i was driving. it keeps blowing the 4th 20 amp fuse counting down from the rear of the fuse block. when you use a jumper wire to bypass the fuse the van runs....

If it is like the 2000 Neon it is power to the computer and without it the vehicle won't run. That hard part will be finding the reason it is blowing because if you bypass it with a straight wire you take a chance on burning the vehicle computer out. My problem turned out to be the Alarm power wire coming free from where it had been attached at the rear of the fuse panel and brushing up against that position and causing the fuse to blow.

Starter fuse keeps blowing

Sounds like a short in the system. you will need to inspect the wiring and posably, bench test the starter. Check the cables to the battery. Make sure the wires and the battery are in good shape.
