I think that your crank angle sensor failed. Is the check engine light on?? if so, scan it and get code. If the code is P0335, than you need new crank angle sensor. Nissan has been having some problems with those even on other Nissan products. (Altima, Pathfinder and so on) Good luck.
SOURCE: 97 quest wont start
I experienced similar problem, all electrical functions are working but engine does not start, the problem was the strat coil (I guess the right name is the "start up motor") which did not activate, so the shaft does not engage with the engine. In this case I did not heared any sound, only the fuel pump while turning the car key. I hit softly the coil body (start up motor) and then started the car. I had to replace the coil for a new one and the problem was permanently fixed (around 10 months already since then).
I Hope this help.
Regards

Could be bad battery or Somthing going on with the main fuse box. Another thing to check is your ground wires. If they are loose, you can not complete the circut.
SOURCE: car want start factor security light flashing and
The factory security light will remain on - this is a standard feature indicating the car is dead.
First, unplug the hazard fuze in the engine bay (this will reset the ecu and remove the flashing)
Next, replace the battery with a new one (or one with proper charge) - keep in mind a small battery will not do anything for these cars, the engines require a lot to push them over (it isnt a honda)
*Make sure to clean the positive and negative battery cables from acid
Then just start it up :)
