WATER IN OXYGEN SENSOR 04 INTREPID

you need to do a compression test and a cooling system pressure test to make sure there is no leakage.
If this is ok then there is a possibility that it is not burning the fuel properly and that there is excess moisture exiting the combustion chamber.

Codes

Your sensors are reading correctly so leave them alone. What you have is a fuel delivery issue. Your MAF sensor is telling your engine to lean your fuel mixture. You need to remove and clean or replace (is better) the MAF. But first replace your PVC valve and clean your ERG valve.

    Have u had any work done on the engine lately or anything done under the hood? looks like something in the area of the MAF sensor is disconnected or the sensor itself is disconnected, all the codes are related.

    What is the meaning of troubleshoot codes 34 and 45 for a 1988 buick regal, 2.8 motor. how can I fix them.

    Hello;
    Code 34 is MAF sensor out of range. Code 45 is O2 sensor lean. Check the voltage at the wires to the MAF sensor first, then check the vacuum to the sensor. Your MAF sensor has probably gone out, causing the O2 sensor to fault.
    Hope this helps, you will need a digital volt meter and a vacuum gauge to test. I have seen the wires break down in the insulation to cause fault.
    Thanks;
