The lamp, or the entire housing?
The lamp is tight, but not hard. It is under the rubber cap on the back of the housing. It's tight with other items, but it can be done without removing anything. Unplug the lamp, remove the rubber cap, release the wire bail, and remove the lamp.
The housing is a major pain. You need to remove the grille and the trim strip that runs under the headlights and grille. It is retained by a couple of hidden plastic clips at each end, you need a pair of small screwdrivers to depress the locking pins to release them. Wrap the screwdrivers so you don't mar the paint.
Once that is out of the way, work around the housing and remove any bolts attaching it, then work the housing out of the fender.
