if it is cranking over but not starting it is probably your fuel pump ...but if it is not cranking over at all then its not the fuel pump. i have never changed a fuel pump on this make or model but on alot of them its under the gas tank. hope this helps ... if you go to an auto parts store you can get the book on your car and it is step by step guide on how to fix issues you are having with your car.
is it carborated or fuel injected, most fuel injection systems have a automatic shut off if the engine is too hot, make sure the engine is not over heating or possibly the fuel injection sensor could be faulty
