check fuse and wire conector under stering wheel. the wires come loose from the tilt moving up and down a lot. I see this a lot in cars where the driver puts the tilt up every time they get out of car
if your not mechanicly inclined you may want to have someone do the job for you, remove stering wheel and turnsignal switch under all that are 4 boltz that need to be tightened. usualy a 7mm socket 1/4 in drive should do the job
looking at the steering wheel frome the drivers seat it should be on the lower left hand side of the steering colome pull back on the small handel and it should tilt
in the stering colum behind the stering its call a clock its defectif everything that in the stering wheel goes truth that clock even if you have a cruise control its probably dont work for sure its that all those caravan have that problem hope its a fixya for you and me thanks pierre p.s if you do ourself dont forget to disconnect the battery for the air bag wont deployed
