SOURCE: air condition fan only works on high speed, no low speed
You have a bad blower motor resistor. This is located under the dash close to the blower motor itself
SOURCE: why does blower fan speed switch lock-out off and
Sounds like you may have a bad blower motor resistor. When they go bad, they usually wipe out all speeds except high. But could knock out just one or two of the speeds. It should be located near the blower motor.
SOURCE: heater only blow on high low and medium dont work
you need to replace the resisters that control the fan speed
SOURCE: 1993 k1500. Fan only works on high, no fan on
Not 100% sure where it is, but follow wires back from blower motor, to blower motor resistor. Most times resistor is gone and needs replace when this happens. I'm pretty sure removing glove box, should give you access to it. If you pick up new one first, then you'll know what your looking for. They came in a couple of different shapes around those years, so the new one will give you an idea.

Need to turn the glove box door upside down. To do this, there is a metal "S" shaped part in an opening on the left side of the glove box when open. Stick your finger in there and release this spring loaded metal piece, the door will now fall down. From the bottom, you need to remove the plastic kick guard below the glovebox to access from the bottom.
