What engine ? could have come with three different one's . 3.9 , 5.2 , or 5.9 l . What is it your looking for ICM - ignition control module ????? It's part of the engine control module . The crankshaft position sensor is a direct input to the PCM - engine computer .
could be if the engine is not getting voltage from the ignition switch. take a test light and check for battery voltage at the coil and module when you turn the switch on.
I would suspect the ignition control if you have already replaced all that stuff. I personally would replace it with an MSD ignition for better running and fuel mileage, but the ignition module should be a whole lot cheaper.
It should be underhood, driver side on upper firewall, it does not look like a typical ignition module, but I looked around and for your info, you can find a picture of it on autzone.com Hope this helps.

Also it was a 1985 golden ram 150 not sure if that makes a difference
