Have a coolant system pressure check done to find the leak. IT could be a hose, water pump, or a rusted welsh plug or a leaking heater core

Where is freeze plug location in acura tl 2000 3.2 vortec

This motor does not have freeze plugs. However there is a tube with an o ring that runs under the intake manifold that can leak and run betweem the block amd transmission.also check that the manifold between the heads or one of the hoses under the throttle body is not leaking and running down the back of the block.

I have a huge puddle of anitfreeze under the car but the car is not overheating..no while smoke coming out..any suggestions?

Could be leaking from the overflow bottle.

Check the level in the radiator, if its low and no lights or anything are on I wonder if the gauges or low coolant light are even working. Not much else I can suggest other than to get under the car and see where its dripping from.

I have to add anitfreeze once aweek in my 2002 x-type 2.5 jag there is no leaks under or around the motor and the heat gets hot

Unfortunately it sounds like you may have a head gasket fault, I would double check for leaks internally and externally if none then arrange to have the engine checked .

My defrost fan only works on 5 and shuts off. not defrosting. Also I have to continue to put anitfreeze in car... Temp gage goes to highest level

The fan problem could be a bad blower motor resister. As for the coolant leak it could be a number of things, hose, water pump, radiator or even heater core. Try to take a look under the hood to see if you see any leaks.

I HAVE ANITFREEZE LEAKS FROM MY 2000 CHEVY S10 BLAZER. IT'S HARD TO TELL BUT THE LEAK SEEMS TO BE COMING FROM UNDER THE MOTOR RATHER THAN FROM THE RADIATOR OR ANY HOSE I CAN SEE.

a common V6 failure is the intake manifold gasket. coolant will usually leak behind the water pump on the drivers side, however it can leak at other locations on the intake manifold gasket.

coolant leaks from other areas include the heater core, hoses, expansion plugs, trans cooler, and coolant overflow tank.

Leaking anitfreeze about once a week from under the engine. checked all the hoses all seem fine. cant find where the leak is coming from

a small leak like that is like pulling teeth. a simple fix might be as easy as putting a tablespoon of pepper inti the cooling system. like your blood platelets form a scab, the pepper will clog the small leak and fix temporarily.

The heater blows cold air and the anitfreeze is leakig

the clamp is definitely not tight... tighten it first and see if there is a change in heat also refill what you lost in antifreeze also see it the hose itself is not leaking if so replace both to be sure and possible flush the heater core while your at that point .
