They don't adjust. They go in the tbi and seat to the bottom if they are leaking you need to change the o rings on them.

SOURCE: how to replace a starter on 1994 gmc sierra 1500

unhook the battery, there are 2 wires on the starter solenoid, 1 is a 5/16 nut and the other is a 9/16 nut remove those wires. this maybe easier to remove the heat shield first. next ther are two 9/16 bolts holding the starter in position, remove, and the starter will come out, about a 15min job

SOURCE: 1997 GMC Sierra 5.7 Vortec, replaced the fuel

10psi is, as I'm sure you know, about 48psi short of what you need to get it running. Did you verify you're getting a full 12 volts at the fuel pump connector? Check the ground wire also, ohm it out to chassis ground, shouldn't be more then a few ohms. Verify it's making a good connection and the terminals are clean and tight. High resistance in the wiring or a connector in the circuit could cause the fuel pump to not output the right amount of pressure.
Did you replace the fuel pump with an aftermarket unit or an oem part?

SOURCE: replaceing fuel pump on gmc sierra

The fuel pump is located INSIDE the gas tank and is a combination fuel pump/sending unit for the fuel gauge. Be prepared for a large repair bill. About $600!

SOURCE: I have a 1994 GMC 1500 Sierra with 350 engine 5.7

The timing (base), is 0 degrees before tdc. Keep in mind the timing connector must be unplugged. usually a brown wire with a black tracer, has a single connector, located under glove box, or by distributor. Thanks...

I have a 1994 gmc sierra 7.4 litre need to know if this truck has a MAF sensor and where is it what does it look like or does it have a IAT and if so where would it be There is nothing between the air

Nope on both parts.
It has two throttle body injectors, so no MAF sensor, and the computer uses the MAP sensor, TPS, and the coolant temp to adjust fuel trim.

1994 GMC WON'T IDLE AND FLOODS OUT

Did you check the fuel pressure and the fuel pressure regulator???. Not sure if you have the X or the W engine. The X you need 13PSI to 14.5PSI to have fuel injectors to run right, if you have the W type engine you need 60PSI to 65PSI to have the fuel injector to run right. If the fuel pressure is bad it's could be leaking through the diaphragm into the manifold. Good luck and hope this helps.
