H2o bank 2 sensor 1 location

Bank and sensor location. Bank 1 refers to the back of cylinders that contain cylinder #1. Bank two refers to the other bank of cylinders that do not contain cylinder #1. Sensor 1 refers to the upstream O2 sensor or the O2 sensor before the catalytic convertor. Sensor 2 refers to the downstream O2 sensor or the sensor located after the Catalytic convertor. I hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions, good luck.

Where is located bank 1 sensor on a rav4 2001?

This all depends on what size engine you have in this car, but it goes this way bank 1 is the side of the motor where #1 cylinder is, some cars have three , four or two sensors depending on the year and make and engine size, i will draw a graph to try and help, for example a sensor located in bank 1 sensor 1 would be the sensor on # 1 cylinder side of motor and closeest to engine before the converter, then if it was bank1 sensor 2 then the sensor would be located on the same side the #1 cylinder was but this one would after the converter in exhaust, then if it was bank 2 sensor 1 then sensor would be on the otherside of exhaust where # 2 cylinder would be and that one would be before the cat closest to motor, and then bank2 sensor 2 is the same side as #2 cylinder but after the converter. bank 1 = #1side / bank 2= #2 side/ sensor 1 =before cat/ sensor 2 = aftercat. hope this is helpful.

CODE PO155 BANK2 SENSOR 1 WHERE IS THIS SENSOR LOCATED?

A code P0155 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
* O2 Heater element resistance is high
* Internal short or open in the heater element
* O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
* open or short to ground in the wiring harness

Possible Solutions:
* Repair short or open or high resistance in wiring harness or harness connectors
* Replace oxygen sensor (cannot repair open or short that occurs internally to sensor)

Oxygen sensors are always numbered like this:
Bank 1 sensor 1
Bank 2 sensor 1
Bank 1 sensor 2
Bank 2 sensor 2

Some manufacturers use a kind of shorthand that reads different, but means the same thing:
Sensor 1/1 or O2s 1/1
Sensor 2/1 or O2s 2/1
Sensor 1/2 or O2s 1/2
Sensor 2/2 or O2s 2/2

Bank 1 is always the side of the engine where cylinder number 1 is located and, of coarse, Bank 2 is the opposite side.
On a 4 cylinder engine, there is only 1 bank and it is always referred to as Bank 1.

Sensor 1 is always the upstream sensor (The one located BEFORE the catalytic converter)
Sensor 2 is always the downstream sensor (the one that is located AFTER the catalytic converter.

Hope helps (remember to rate this).
