SERIOUSLY I TELL YA ,
We do not read minds here...
Incomplete questions stay unanswered...
Head light have fuses on some vehicles not all...
But all have heavy duty relays...
Use stranded 4 guage wire and connect the negative to battery and bring in two positive cables inside the cabin , put a switch between these two positive wires and ,
You have jimmy jacked it to TEMPORARILY have lights...
Make sure there are no other wires from th vehcles wiring harness are connected to the lights... the sit and take the time to be very specific with your questin as you post it again !!!

I have an electrical problem with my 2008 Sierra desiel the passenger side turn signals cause the dome light fuse to blow and the front signals do not work

Front Flasher is separate from the rear at the firewall connector. Find out if you have good front flasher bulb and with a test light if there is a good + and - for the front flasher.
Now, for the blown fuse. I suspect there is a bad ground and the dome light and the flasher lights share the same ground.
Explaining: If it is when you turn on the right flasher(This is the bad ground circuit. The right flasher will take a shortcut to the dome light and probably the dome fuse is rated low. That will blow the dome fuse (Overcharge on the dome fuse). Could be why the front signals don't work at all. (Flasher ground problem).
Hope it helps.
