The NHW20 Prius' 12v accessory outlets each have their own fuse in the
fuse box under the steering column. (Those fuses are sadly easy to
blow.) You'll either have to lay on the floor on the driver's side
and look up, or use a mirror, to see the fuse box location. You'll
have to pull off the panel door to see the fuses. The fuses are
marked in the diagram on the inside of this fuse box cover panel.

Hi, you need to check fuses 10 and 15 in the engine bay fuse box. As a guide it is good practise to check all fuses if you think you have blown one, sometimes the fuse listings are wrong and sometimes a circuit is protected by more than one fuse.
It's located on the fuse box inside under the dash to the left of the steering column, the cover has all the fuses marked on it, remove the cover and match up the wiper fuse location in the fuse panel with the cover,
the fuse box should be under the dash on the drivers side and the label may just say "tail" for the rear tail lights if you don't see it there look under the hood in the fuse box there for the same label
