Hi, i have a problem with a 2002 BMW 323i the problem that i had is that the car overheats after 20-30 minutes drive, i already change my fanclutch, fan blades, wather pump, thermostat and temperature...
I can think of a few other things to check. Are you sure the radiator is not clogged and just needs cleaning out? Are the fins on the radiator bent close preventing air from flowing through the radiator? Is there a bleed screw somewhere on the engine cooling system that you are overlooking. If so, bleeding it the old fashioned way as you did will not work. You must use the bleed screw. In addition, are you positive you do not have a blown head gasket? Symptoms are overheating, loss of coolant with no apparent leak, white smoke from the exhaust, a white foamy substance on the underside of the oil fill cap, oil level overfull, and air bubbles escaping from the radiator with engine running, radiator cap off. I hope you do not have a blown gasket and wish you the best of luck finding the culprit.
Merry Christmas.
