There is a 30amp circuit breaker. They reset automatically after a while. When the motors start to go bad, they don't raise the windows fast, and they can throw the circuit breaker. Figure out which motors are struggling and replace them.
All of the power windows don't work ? There isn't a fuse , a circuit breaker powers the windows !

1994 models use a 8.25 amp circuit breaker and 1995 models use a 30amp fuse. The fuse or circuit breaker should be in the fuse box under the steering column.
It looks like the power windows are on a 30amp circuit breaker and the blower is on a 30amp fuse. Both are powered thru the key switch so if those circuits have no power it could be the key switch.
The 30amp circuit breaker for the power windows is in the fuse box in the engine compartment. But it resets itself if it blows. Thats why its a circuit breaker instead of a fuse. From there the power goes to both front door control modules then to the door switches.

It is not a fuse it is a circuit breaker, all data shows it as located near JB1 which is the Junction Box/Fuse Box located on the drivers side interior of the car. Left Kick Panel.
