Is it the original factory code? If you bought it used and they gave you the code, someone might have put their own code in.and if the D.D.M was replaced it comes with a new code.you can retrieve it, but it has to be done at dealership. Then you can put in your own code.
the rubber pads on the door lock actuating lever are worn or the actuators are weak. They would need to be tested and looked at to determine this problem
