SOURCE: 2002 pontiac sunfire has check engine light

Your problem is typical for these cars. The throttle position sensor is bad. Go to Auto Zone and have them check the codes to confirm this. i've seen this many times, that's usually the problem. It makes the car feel like the brakes are on. Hope this helps. Let me know. Phil

What is the approximate maximum speed of the Dodge D-400 Diesel Truck year 1965 ?

road speed?
flat, uphill or down hill?
what load is on the truck.?
d-400 is 1-1/2ton truck
Max GVW: 14,000lbs that huge truck had 318 gas engine only.
did someone put in the
Cummins V6 engines 354ci six cylinder Perkins Diesel engine. back then vast choices of engine /transmissions were offered
and all are rare.
most of these back then, me on the road too a loaded truck was going 40 to 50 mph; under even small hills.
the speed would be limited to max diesel RPM. then.
I drove dump truck then and 15 speeds, 3x5 boxes.(crash box)_

Should the R.P.M. decrease when my foot is off the accelerator?

Yes! RPM, (revolutions per minute), is engine speed NOT road speed, (kmph, mph). RPM's will go up and down as you change gear while your cars actual speed and acceleration stays the same. Idle is usually somewhere around 1000RPM, (10 on the needle).

Does anybody know how to fix a torque converter in a TH350. When I runnin down the road at 55 mph the motor whines at about 3500 rpm. The torque converter never kicks in. Anybody know how to fix it. Please...

The lockup converter will only drop the engine speed about
500 rpm.Sure it gets to 3 rd gear?
If there is no lockup ,could be brake lite switch, lockup solonid,
ECM,or the converter itself.

2005 chrysler sebring loses power driving up hill & RPM is up high, Ive changed, spark plugs & air filter. dont know what to do.

Not sure I am following your story.
Are you saying the transmission is slipping and therefore the RPM is high even tho the road speed is not ?
Or is the transmission not upshifting to the next gear at a normal road speed ?
Is the check engine light on ?

2010 Nissan Pathfinder Cruise Control issues

First I'll assume you haven't read the owners Manuel, Cruise control is not perfect on any vehicle. if coming to a hill put foot on gas to help rpm, going down hill put foot on brake to keep same speed, cruise control operates off of engine vacuum. Speed sensors can be affected by putting on smaller or bigger tires than what is on drivers door.
