There are 2 of them and they are located in the valley pan under the intake manifold.

Owners manual should lead to proper fuse,if not look inside fuse cover.

It's not hard with exsepton to the condition of the bolts, the easiest way is remove the bumper with brackets and bumper together. I would get new bolts for replacement.
