SOURCE: on my 99 wrangler, the parking light fuse keeps

Sounds like you have a wire grounding out. Take a look at the wiring and look for any bare wire that might be hit any metal surface. probably the easiest way to find it would be to have the lights on and wiggle wires until you blow the fuse, when that happens look at those wires and repair as needed.

1999 jeep wrangler problems

Could also be a fuse or relay problem.
You'll need to find out if the coil has voltage and if the pick-up stator in the distributor is sending a signal to the computer.
Might want to check the computer for trouble codes too.

Where is the headlamp fuse located for 1999 jeep wrangler?

Look inside the engine compartment for a black box.
Inside will be a bank of small electronic relays.
Look for the one for headlights ,should cost you anywhere from $10.00 to 22.00
The same box contains air conditioner relay, charging relay, air bag,ect...

I have a 97 jeep wrangler. the headlights wont turn on. all other light work fine. the fuse is also fine

Try a couple things if you haven't tried already.

First try replacing the bulbs (sometimes the most obvious answer is the right one, and not meant to offend you).

Then, try replacing the headlight relay (found in the fuse box and looks like a small black cube that plugs in similar to a fuse with some extra prongs).

Then, try replacing the headlight switch.

Finally, while inspecting the headlight switch, make sure the wires are connected and not broken, worn out, or corroded. Same thing with the wires connecting the headlights.

Let me know if this helped you out.

05 Jeep Wrangler High Beams Work, Low Beams dont

There are no relays for the headlights. Your problem could be from the headlight switch. You would have to check and see if you have power coming out of the switch on the low beam side. Check with a test light.
