you must pull the door pannel, with the window up you will see 2 bolts on the inside remove the latch rod first then the bolts !!

Here is how I would deal with it. I would buy a new window regulator and a new door handle both parts for the same door. I would take them and the vehicle to a glass shop which does auto glass. I would pay them to replace the regulator and have them replace the door handle while it is apart. 50 bucks to change the regulator, another 25 to replace the handle. The regulator is going to die at or around 10 years and you are within 4 years. So do it now when the door has to be disaasembled

Taking a door apart is a pain, requires special tools and knowledge in order to prevent collateral damage. You would gladly pay anyone 50 bucks if you ever did it before.
