Assuming you have checked the fuse to the pump and the wiring is good then you need to check the fuel pump relay. It is on the firewall under the hood and cover by a black cover on the passenger side. It will be the large square relay attached to the grounding block.

Installed new fuel pump last year now when fuel gauge reads 1/4 level vehicle runs out of gas. Is ther a certain way the pump goes in or does it have something to do inside the tank itsself?

What year and model is it? I have seen this problem many times on the older Caravans. The fuel pump goes in at an angle and the bottom of the fuel pumps where the pick up is breaks off and will not get fuel at a 1/4 tank.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

I have a problem no fuel to injectors changed pump checked spark fuel is right up to motor ,But injectors wont fire , how can I fix this ? Is ther a way to wire power to injectors seprat on a switch ,Or Is...

If you are not getting fuel to injectors, and you have a new fuel pump that is getting power and you can hear it run for a few seconds with the key on - engine off, then you most likely have either a plugged fuel filter or faulty fuel pressure regulator.

You can go to autozone, com and register for a free account. Then login, choose vehicle year, make, model, engine size. Lastly, click on view repair manual. Now you have a free repair manual for your car.

If you do not have power to the pump, check that the safety switch for the fuel pump didn't go off. Should be down my passenger or driver kick panel.

I HAVE A VOTAGE METER BUT THER IS NO POWER IN THER FUEL PUMP TO GET A READING

A voltmeter measures voltage, so if your meter says there's no voltage, there's no power in the circuit at that point. Check your fuel pump fuse and electrical connection at the pump.
