The relay is inside the power distribution module. This module is located in the engine compartment on the drivers side right next to the fuse box.

Not sure if you were asking for fuel pump related fuse/relay locations?
Anyway ... could not find Holden info ... but here is Vauxhall ... which I think shares same designs?? ... so it might be useful

A fuel pump relay will not effect spark, and you can usually listen to the fuel pump to hear it kick in 1 sec before you crank the vehicle over. Are you sure you are not getting spark? How did you test for spark?

Fuel pump is in the fuel tank and the fuel pump relay is under hood near firewall.The fuel injectors DO NOT have relays. The PCM controls the fuel injectors.

IF YOU TALKING ABOUT FUEL PUMP.CHECK FUEL PUMP FUSE AND RELAY IF FUEL PUMP NOT WORKING.FUEL PUMP FUSE RELAY BOX LOCATED UNDER THE HOOD .IF FUSE AND RELAY OKAY AND YOU DONT HEAR FUEL PUMP TURN ON WITH IGNITION SWITCH IN THE ON POSITION FOR 3 SECONDS, FUEL PUMP MORE LIKELY FAULTY.

P0130 is 02 sensor bank 1 and P0150 is 02 sensor bank 2.
