DESCRIPTION

The torque sensor converts the rotation torque input from the steering wheel into electric signals and sends them to the power steering ECU. C1513 is for a Power Steering System Torque Sensor 1 Malfunction, Torque Sensor Deviation Excessive.

run fault codes to find the sensor that is not up to pre-set parameters.

your car impeacher senser is not working

Find the clicking relay and replace it.

Could be the altenator. They can fault intermitantly and often bring on more lights than just the charge light. The charge voltage should be checked when the lights are on.

some lose connection at dashboard instrument cluster -ve earthing point is lose, so it is happening , or any socket is lose.

Could be numerous things, fuel injector, spark plugs bad O2 sensor, etc. Take it to an autoparts store and have them scan the computer for fault codes. Most autoparts stores do this free of charge. Reading the codes will help to determine the cause of the problem.
