I have a spark problem, I have replaces cap, rotor, plugs, wires, coil, coil pickup, ignition Mod, crank sensor, and still have no spark at the coil. Is it true that if the fuel pump does not have 50 -60 pounds of pressure that it would tell the computer to not spark? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
It is true about the fuel pump i would check the cam senor wire thats what it sounds like to me becouse of no spark to the coil what gose before the coil to spark is the cam senor wire wore off i bet i would check that out and check all of you ground wires to i think the truth is the fuel pump thats why it wont spark just get it and change it out 90 dollors i work on cars every day i would know lol if this could help u your welcome
Your ecm or engine control modual, usually located behinde the glove box.. it fontroles the coil and distrubator funonctions
Has nothing to do with battery going dead...may run funny for a minute, but will re-learn itself and will not need to reprogrammed
